Per the UCA description:
The main conference will begin at 9:15am on Friday, October 12 with the Opening General Session, and will conclude Sunday, October 14th at 5pm. The keynote speaker will be Michael Shabot, MC, Chief Medical Officer at Memorial Hermann Health Systems. Dr. Shabot will be speaking on The Journey to High Reliability in Healthcare.
